All products offered on our website are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Once your purchase is confirmed and the download link is provided, you gain immediate access to the digital content.
EU Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection laws, customers normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.
⚠️ However, for digital products, this right does not apply if:
you explicitly agreed to immediate access to the digital content, and
you acknowledged that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
At checkout, customers must confirm this agreement before completing the purchase.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
The product was not delivered correctly (e.g., broken link or failed download).
The file is corrupted or not usable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Duplicate payment for the same order.
